Sedalia, Golden Valley, Prescott and Sunnydale elementary schools recently gathered together in Sedalia for a writing workshop, with presenter Bradley Booth, Ed.D., missionary, author, teacher and pastor.
The 38 attendees practiced creative and other writing techniques, with a focus on “Learning to Trust Jesus in Good Times and Bad.”
Students from the various schools also bonded through singing songs and other fun activities. They were free to express themselves and had opportunities to relate to heroes in the Bible and struggles they might be facing in their own lives.
The workshop was a great opportunity for students to not only develop writing skills, but relationships with one another and their personal relationships with Jesus.
