The Ottumwa church’s Pathfinder and Adventurer clubs regularly enjoy visits to the Heartland Humane Society to walk dogs, play with cats, and donate supplies. But, with all the cancellations and interruptions that COVID has brought, we weren’t sure if it would work out this year.
We’re thankful to Kristle Bennett, church community services coordinator, who organized a safe visit that allowed us to once again participate. Enjoy this slideshow of our time there.
